Ellen Miller, EMC’s Principal, is a collaborative, creative leader with over 25 years of experience in professional associations, foundations, and courts.  As a trained mediator and facilitator, she creates progressive and sustainable solutions in diverse settings, earning recognition as a problem-solver and innovator.

Her extensive experience in program development, advocacy, stakeholder engagement, service evaluation, strategic planning, communications assessment,  policy development, organizational leadership and employee recruitment is brought to every project.   She served as President of the National Association of Bar Executives (NABE) and is a member of the American Society of Association Executives. Ellen is particularly passionate about helping organizations see their full potential through strategic framework development and implementation.
